Unfortunately like every season I see a lot of ACL ruptures. This year has been no different, I have seen children as young as 12 years old to ski instructors to athletes racing at FIS level. I have rehabbed them from day 1 of injury to having surgery and going back to racing. I am starting a blog series of what to do if you rupture your ACL.
