Great Summer holiday in the South of France after the winter - I am open again for physio, massage

We have just come back from a brilliant family break in the South of France where we had some lovely much needed sun and warmth by the sea. However slightly different conditions now in Val d'Isere - we woke to 25cm of snow in resort!
